We also help by identifying anything that might be getting in the way of your progress and provide support to help remove and process those “blocks”
Benefits of Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching is a family affair! It not only benefits the parents, but their children as well.
Did you know that 1 in 6 kids between the ages of 3 and 17 are considered neurodiverse? That’s 17% of children in that age group that are more at risk of mental health challenges or poor weelbeing than those of their neuro-typical peers due to a lack of support, and the stress of “masking” – acting neuroptypically in order to avoid negativity.
Parent Coaching helps parents to better understand their child and their child’s behaviours, learn effective skills and strategies, and to show up as the best parent they can be.
How we can help through parent coaching
Everyone comes into this world with their own set of exceptionalities, challenges and vulnerabilities. Some more than others; that’s why it is so important to have support that understands, has the personal experience and the training for this special type of parenthood. You and your family deserve it. If you to transform your family, reach out to us now.

*Homework – an inquiry or task which is centred around goals that have previously been established and agreed upon at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
* All sessions are conducted virtually or by phone
My objective is to assist and advocate for parents as they support their children; your child will flourish if you understand their needs and behaviours better.
There’s no denying that it’s simpler to assist your child when you understand them.
By understanding yourself, you can identify your strategies and methods in knowing how to assist your children.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is it time to find a parent coach?
- You keep addressing the same behaviours over & over
- You’re just trying to “ride it out” until you kids get older (Spoiler alert: this just creates bigger problems later on, especially during the teen years)
- You feel overwhelmed
Will my child grow out of … Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc?
- Neurological development changes with age for everyone, even those who are neurodiverse (Autism, ADHD, Dyselxia, Learning Disabilities and other Brain-Based Differences), but that does not mean that they will grow out of their diagnosis.
- An expectation that soemone will grow out of their diagnosis can be harmful and cause the individual to mask or hide who they truely are.
How much support would I need?
The level of support and number of sessions vary depending on several factors including but not limited to:
- The behaviours and challenges of concern
- The extend to which the behaviour serves multiple functions for the child
- Parent ability and committment to do the work; change is hard but the results are worth it
